Most items purchased on Amazon.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund or replacement. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible with multiple drop-off locations and label-free options.
Start Your Return
Go to 'Your Orders' in your account, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return or Replace Items' button.
Select Reason and Method
Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu and select your preferred refund method or an exact replacement if available.
Choose Drop-off Point
Select a convenient return location, such as a UPS Store, Kohl's, or Whole Foods Market, many of which do not require a box or label.
Send It Back
Bring your item and the generated QR code to your chosen location; once scanned and received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
